Videos: MPEG-2, MPEG-4 & more

This is where I try to compare different codecs, different methods and software to encode a video. Only two reviews so far, as you can see. My twins gave me a hard time these two last years, so I am a bit behind.
This time, however, I do not intend to let things get out of hands ;). The second test is my come back.

All three codecs are left with their default settings. XviD has PostProcessing turned off and DivX turned on.
